In light of recent recommendations by the CDC, Visionology is initiating multiple measures that will help ensure that you have a healthy and enjoyable experience.

  • We wipe down all eyeglass frames and common surfaces each day and after each use with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • Our team has been instructed to refrain from shaking hands or other non-essential contact.
  • We provide hand sanitizer in common areas for guest usage.
  • Any team member that has a respiratory illness is not allowed to enter the office and is encouraged to recuperate at home.
  • Guests that may be ill with a respiratory illness are asked to reschedule their visit until after a full recovery.
  • No one with a known case of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is allowed into the office. These patients will be seen via telehealth or referred to a clinic equipped to handle such cases.
  • To minimize exposure, we offer curbside service, free shipping on all orders, and telehealth consultations.
  • We frequently review our preventative measures as the pandemic evolves and as recommendations change from the CDC.
